Let’s face it; being tall can give you a ‘tall’ advantage over other people . Being tall can have several benefits, be it careers or just social interactivity . Being tall can also make you more popular with women, as most women prefer taller men. It is truly advantageous to be tall .

- Posture – Good posture can determine and promote height as well.
Fortunately, there are some ways on how you can grow taller, easily and naturally . Here are some ways on how you can do so :
- Taking a healthy and balanced diet . This alone helps you in growth . A good, balanced diet can help stimulate your growth genes, resulting to your cells growing more rapidly than before . Calcium can help promote your body to become leaner and stronger, as well as developing your bones, which in turn promotes growth.
- Exercise. Having regular exercise can greatly affect and develop your body and bones. Walking is one such exercise that can promote body growth, so make it a habit every day. Stretching and yoga are both excellent ways as well .
- Drink multivitamins and mineral supplements. As mentioned earlier, we need to have nutrients like Calcium in order for our body to develop. There are other vitamins that can promote growth besides Calcium . Vitamins A, B12, C, D, and E can promote natural growth, as well as make our bodies healthier. Chlorine, Protein, and Iron can make our bodies tougher, keeping it in good shape .
Following these can give you the extra height advantage you need, as well as a good, healthy body.
